I was hoping this place would be a good fit since it is close to my workplace but the customer service over the phone was not good. I called to ask some simple questions and the woman who answered was short and rude with me. She just wanted to get me off the phone and kept talking over me in a condescending way.

She explained that they don't give quotes over the phone, which is understandable. She said that I would have to come in to get a quote, also understandable.

The conversation up to this point was rushed but really took a turn when I asked if they had time slots available next week for services as I don't want to make the trip there only to find they can't help me in the timeframe I need. She was just really rude and condescending about the situation. I felt the question was reasonable but she was scoffing and saying things like "It doesn't matter, we would just fit you in somewhere". I tried explaining that other places have no availability so that's why I was asking. She said "I don't know about other places but that's how we do it here. Bye"

It's hard to describe the tone she used, but I don't feel they want my business at all. Will go elsewhere.

Issac and his team did a phenomenal job on my vehicle inside and out, including the engine bay and under the wheel wells. My vehicle was dropped off at 8:00 am and ready by the promised time of 2:30 pm. This family owned gem did not disappoint!!!

Once the detailing was completed by Executive Auto Detail my car was clean and looked brand new again. You won't find any better quality any where else!
